Why is the app changing?
We’re upgrading to a newer LES MILLS+ app to deliver a more reliable and easier workout experience.
What happens if I don’t switch?
The LES MILLS On Demand app will stop working after 23 April 2026. When this happens you won’t be able to:
- Play workouts
- Log in
- Access your account
What errors will appear if I try to use the old app?
As the legacy LES MILLS On Demand app is retired, you will lose access to your workouts on that version of the app. Depending on which device you are using, you might see one of the following error messages:
"Your subscription has expired..." or "Renew your subscription..." (on Apple and Android phones, Android TV, and Fire TV)
"Access denied" when trying to watch a video (on LG TVs)
"Can’t log in" (on Samsung TVs)
If you see any of these errors but know your subscription is active, don't worry! Your account is perfectly fine. It just means the old app has been disabled. Simply download the new LES MILLS+ app and log in with your existing details to continue your workouts.
Will I lose my account or subscription?
No.
Your account, subscription, and workout history will all be available in the new LES MILLS+ app - just log in with your existing details.
Is the new LES MILLS+ app better?
Yes! Here’s what’s improved:
- Improved streaming stability
- Easier navigation
- Better workout discovery
- Track navigation in-workout
I heard there were issues with this new LES MILLS+ app – has that been fixed?
Yes.
We’re aware some members experienced early issues when we first launched the LES MILLS+ app on TV platforms. Since then, we’ve made significant improvements to performance and stability.
Do my downloaded workouts in the LES MILLS On Demand app appear in the LES MILLS+ app?
No - workouts downloaded in the LES MILLS On Demand app don't automatically transfer to the LES MILLS+ app.
To keep enjoying your workouts offline, simply re-download them by tapping Download on any workout within the LES MILLS+ app. Once you download workouts in the LES MILLS+ app, your workouts will remain available offline just like before - so you can keep moving without interruption.
How do I switch to the new LES MILLS+ app on my phone?
Download the LES MILLS+ app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log in with your existing account.
- Delete the old LMOD app.
Do I need to cancel my subscription first?
No, your subscription continues as normal.
How do I know if I’m using the old LES MILLS On Demand app?
If your app looks like this, you need to update to the new LES MILLS+ app.

Will the new LES MILLS+ app install automatically?
In some cases, the LES MILLS+ app will install automatically, but we recommend checking your app store to be sure.
What if I can’t find the new LES MILLS+ app?
Make sure:
- Your TV software is up to date
- You’re searching for 'LES MILLS+'
If you still can’t find it, contact support here.
Will I need to log in again?
Yes, simply use your existing LES MILLS+ account details.
On the new LES MILLS+ TV apps, you will log in by scanning a QR code.
