The LES MILLS On Demand app will be fully shut off and will not open or play workouts at all before 23 April 2026.  To avoid disruption, switch to the LES MILLS+ app as soon as you can.


Make sure to delete the LES MILLS On Demand app

You need to delete the LES MILLS On Demand app from your iPhone and iPad device before 23 April 2026.

  • App store listing: This app is no longer listed in the App store, however the app may still be installed on your device

To delete the LES MILLS On Demand app from your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Locate “LES MILLS On Demand” on your Home Screen or in the App Library.

  2. Touch and hold the app icon until a menu appears or the apps start to jiggle.

  3. If a menu appears, tap Remove App. Otherwise, tap the Remove (–) icon in the upper-left corner of the LES MILLS On Demand app

  4. Select Delete App to remove it completely from your iPhone or iPad.

  5. Confirm the deletion by tapping Delete.

If your device already has the LES MILLS+ TV app installed, you only need to update it in the app store on your Apple TV device.


Update the LES MILLS+ app on your Apple TV device to the latest version

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple TV.

  2. Open “LES MILLS+: home workout TV”.

  3. Tap “Update”.

  4. Updated version should be 10.0.3


What should I see in the App Store?

  • A single LES MILLS+ app listing “LES MILLS+: home workout TV

  • Version: 10.0.3

  • Clear LES MILLS+ naming (no “On Demand” naming in the title)

  5. Tap Uninstall and confirm by selecting OK.


Via Google Play Store

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Manage apps & device.

  4. Go to the Manage tab and locate LES MILLS On Demand.

  5. Tap the Trashcan Icon and select Uninstall.


To delete the LES MILLS On Demand app from your Android SMART TV device:

  1. Press the HOME button on your remote control.

  2. Navigate to Google Play Store and select it.

  3. Go to My Apps on the left pane.

  4. Select LES MILLS On Demand.

  5. Choose UNINSTALL and confirm by selecting OK.

  • Clear LES MILLS+ naming (no “On Demand” naming in the title)

You should not see:

  • A channel called “LES MILLS On Demand”

  • If you still see a LES MILLS On Demand channel installed, you should ignore it and use the LES MILLS+ channel instead.

Check you have the LES MILLS+ channel installed and updated

To confirm you’re on the right app and latest version:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.

  2. Scroll to and highlight the LES MILLS+ channel.

  3. Press the * (Options) button on your remote.

  4. Select Check for updates.

  5. Roku will check and install any available updates for the LES MILLS+ channel.

If you don’t see LES MILLS+ installed:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.

  2. Scroll to and select Streaming Store or Search.

  3. Search for “LES MILLS+”.

  4. Select the LES MILLS+ channel and choose Add channel.

  5. Once installed, open the channel and sign in with your usual LES MILLS+ account.



I have an Xbox One console


You may be using the LES MILLS On Demand app on your Xbox One console so please read ahead to ensure you have the right app installed. If you’re still using the older LES MILLS On Demand app on Xbox One, you’ll need to switch to the LES MILLS+ app on a different device before 23 April 2026.

We are removing support for the LES MILLS On Demand (LMOD) Xbox One app. This app is not being replaced with a new app on Xbox One.


To keep working out with LES MILLS+, you will need to use another TV app or cast from your mobile device to your TV

Download the LES MILLS+ apps from the App Store or Google Play stores:


For Apple (iOS) and Android mobile devices


For Apple TV (TVOS), Chromecast/Google TV devices and Android SMART TVs:


Make sure to delete the LES MILLS On Demand app

You need to delete the LES MILLS On Demand app from your Xbox One console before .

  • App store listing: This app is no longer listed in the Microsoft App store however the app may still be installed on your device

  • App name: “LES MILLS On Demand”



To delete the LES MILLS On Demand app from your Xbox One console:

  1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

  2. Go to My games & apps.

  3. Select See all.

  4. Highlight the Les Mills On Demand app (don’t open it).

  5. Press the Menu button (the button with three lines on your controller).

  6. Select Uninstall.

  7. Choose Uninstall all to remove the app completely.


Alternative method:

  1. Go to My games & apps.

  2. Highlight Les Mills On Demand.

  3. Press the Menu button.

  4. Select Manage game & add-ons.

  5. Go to Uninstall.


Once done, the app will be removed from your Xbox One console.
