Mindful Movement can be experienced using any iOS or Android device that is less than four years old, that is running the latest version of the LES MILLS+ app. Mindful Movement is not accessible via web/laptop or TV. If your device doesn’t meet these minimum requirements, you will receive an alert advising your device is unsupported.
To check your device specifications, go to our device Settings > General > About. Ensure your device is:
iOS: iPhone 11 or higher, iPad (8th gen with A13 Bionic chip) or higher
Android: a device with at least 8GB memory capacity (RAM, not the storage space on your device)
To check if you are running the latest version of LES MILLS+, go to Settings in the LES MILLS+ app. Ensure you are running:
Version: 3.12.0 or higher
