FAQ Why do I need to sign in? You need to be signed in before you can activate, as the TV device is linking to that active subscription. How do I know if I’m signed in? If you are signed in, you will see a green profile circle in the top right of this page rather than the option to SIGN IN. I can’t see the activation code, where is it? You will only see the activation code when you are signed out of your TV device, and then start the sign in process. If you need to re-activate your device (for example if you’ve changed your email address), then please sign out first by going to settings > sign out. Why is the activation link broken? If you have manually typed in the address, there is a chance it has not been typed correctly. LES MILLS+ provides access to workouts on a variety of popular devices, in addition to our website. To access the platform, all you will need is a high-speed broadband connection! We recommend a speed of at least 500kbps for the lowest quality setting. Yes, you sure can! There are only 2 countries where LES MILLS+ is not accessible for travel: China & Indonesia. The LES MILLS+ app is available for use when you travel in all other countries. There is a simple 3 step process to make sure you can access your favorite workouts, anywhere. STEP ONE: Make sure you’re all signed up for LES MILLS+ before you travel. You can register here. STEP TWO: Download LES MILLS+ from the app store on your device before you leave home, then sign in. STEP THREE: Connect to a strong Wi-Fi signal to ensure you get the best video quality, choose your workout, and go for it! TIP: Download your favorite workouts before you travel if you want to reduce data usage! When signing into the app via your mobile or tablet, you will be required to confirm this by clicking a activation link sent to your email inbox. The link can be clicked from any device, and does not need to be done via the same device you are activating. If you've tried logging in to the app a few times and still haven't received your activation link, please add support@vhx.tv to your contacts, and check your spam/junk folders. Email providers may sometimes block or filter out these emails. Please also check that you are attempting to sign in using the same email address that you subscribed with, as typing errors are common. If you have done the above and are still not receiving an email, below are possible scenarios: Blocked email: The email is blocked by your company or email provider. If using a work email, please check with your IT department. We recommend using a personal email for your account instead due to this. Incorrect email address: There was a typo in the email address when you subscribed. For example you subscribed with john.smit@gmail.com instead of john.smith@gmail.com. If you suspect this to be the case, then you will not be able to log in until your email address is corrected. If you know the incorrect email address, cancel that account and re-subscribe with the correct email address. Yes, you can download your favourite workouts to your Android or iOS device to work out without an internet connection! Once downloaded you'll be able to access the content for the lifetime of your active subscription. Please note: This feature is only offered with our Premium Subscription. Downloads are currently only available through our iOS and Android apps, and not via our website or TV apps. When you go to play a downloaded workout, you'll need to be online to open the LM+ app and sign in. Following this, you'll need to go offline to play any of your downloaded workouts. The app will always use an internet connection to stream videos, so be sure to go offline before you play your downloaded workout. You'll see a message saying "no internet detected", but don't worry, this is expected behavior! To download a video using one of these devices, please follow the below steps: Make sure you are on a stable and active internet connection. Open the LES MILLS+ app and find the workout you wish to download Tap on the DOWNLOAD button, located just beneath the video itself Head to your MY WORKOUTS tab, the middle heart icon on the menu bar at the bottom of the page The video will be sitting under the DOWNLOADS tab, showing its progress Once the download is complete, you can then click on this to get going at any time. *Please note that in order to play downloaded workouts, you would need to be online to load the app and sign in, then you can go offline to play downloaded workouts offline. If you wish to remove this, locate the video under the DOWNLOADS tab, then select the 3 dots to the right, this will bring up a menu where you can select 'Remove from downloads' 8. Once you've clicked on that, you'll see a confirmation screen, simply select REMOVE and you're all done: Congratulations, you can now watch a workout video offline (or remove it) at any time! NOTE: Higher quality videos use more bandwidth than lower quality videos. LES MILLS+ videos will automatically adjust in real-time to play at the highest quality available based on your connection speed, but if your service provider applies a bandwidth or data cap to your internet usage, you can change the video quality to a lower setting to consume less data.
To do this, hover over the video quality setting in the lower righthand corner of the video while playing, and see quality options. We want everyone to benefit from better fitness, so a LES MILLS+ subscription can be used by anyone in your household! Device limits are only implemented on the web version of LES MILLS+. This includes desktops, laptops & mobile devices, as well as different browsers used within each device (e.g. Chrome & Firefox). These sessions are limited to three, meaning up to 3 devices in the same household can access workouts at the same time via the same account. If you reach this limit you will receive an error message stating "The device limit for your account has been reached. Please sign out of a device to watch". If this happens, please simply log out of and close any browsers or devices you have used before, and try again. If this still does not resolve the issue, please clear the cookies and cache of those browsers as your login information could still be cached. NOTE: this will need to be done on any browsers/devices you have previously signed in on, not the browser you are now trying to sign in to. As an example, if you are signed into Safari on your phone, plus Chrome and Firefox on your laptop, you are signed into 3 devices. NOTE: If you think someone is using your login information without your permission, you should immediately change your password from your account page so that no one can access your subscription, and contact us if you have further concerns. Frequent pauses during videos, problems starting the LES MILLS+ app, error messages, or issues playing videos on your device generally indicates a slow or interrupted internet connection.
