Updating your personal details on your account is a quick & easy process, and can be done at any time via your account page! Please follow the below steps.
Changing Personal Details
- At the top right corner of the page, hover over your profile bubble then select MY ACCOUNT in the drop-down menu
- Select ACCOUNT DETAILS as highlighted below
From there, you can change any of your details and select SAVE to save your preferences
Below that section, you can also change your password and then select CHANGE PASSWORD to save this change
Changing Email Preferences
If you would like to change your email preferences, select the toggle button to switch this on or off as below. Green, and switched to the right, is on.

I've changed my email address, now what?
Once you have changed your email address, please sign out of all of your devices, and re-login with your new email address.
This includes signing out of your mobile devices and re-activating your TV devices.
