You can reset your password at any time, via either the sign in screen, or from your Account page if you are already signed in! Please see here if you would like instructions on to do this via your account page.
To reset your password from the sign in screen, please follow the below steps.
- Select here to go to the sign in screen
- Select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
- Enter your email address, and select SEND RESET CODE
Please leave this page open while you check your email, as you will need to come back here
- If you have a valid subscription, you will receive an email from us with a unique 6 digit code
Please note that this code is not your new password, it is a code to reset this
- Enter that code into the screen that appears after Step 3, and select RESET MY PASSWORD
- Sign in with your new password, and you are good to go!
Why am I not receiving the email with my reset code?
