Some of the Equipment Bundles available on our equipment website, shop.lesmills.com, include a LES MILLS+ subscription. If you have purchased an equipment bundle that includes a LES MILLS+ subscription but you already have an active LES MILLS+ subscription, you can add the subscription that comes with your equipment purchase to your Les Mills+ account at any time and you will not lose any subscription time you have already purchased or added to your account.
Once you have completed the checkout journey for an equipment bundle that includes an LM+ subscription, you can start your subscription right away using the link provided on the order confirmation page, which appears as soon as you've successfully completed your order. Alternatively, you can redeem your subscription in the future using the link included in your order confirmation email. Please note that your subscription link will expire 6 months after you complete your purchase. If your link has expired please reach out to our support team via the "CONTACT US" button at the bottom of this article.
Once you have clicked either of the subscription activation links you will automatically navigated to the below "Sign up to LES MILLS+" page. If you have an existing LES MILLS+ account and would like to apply your new subscription to your account please be sure to use the email address associated with your account when completing the below page, our system will automatically recognize your account based on your email address.
After completing this page if you have provided an email address associated with a pre-existing account you will be automatically recognized as an account holder and asked to sign in.
Once you've successfully signed into your account you will be able to redeem your subscription adding it to your account. Once you have redeemed your new subscription your previous subscription will be paused until the subscription that comes with your equipment purchase expires.
