FAQ Why do I need to sign in? You need to be signed in before you can activate, as the TV device is linking to that active subscription. How do I know if I’m signed in? If you are signed in, you will see a green profile circle in the top right of this page rather than the option to SIGN IN. I can’t see the activation code, where is it? You will only see the activation code when you are signed out of your TV device, and then start the sign in process. If you need to re-activate your device (for example if you’ve changed your email address), then please sign out first by going to settings > sign out. Why is the activation link broken? If you have manually typed in the address, there is a chance it has not been typed correctly. Watching via your TV on Premium (you can cast from mobile app to your TV on Base): To stream LES MILLS+ via your TV, you can use the following devices to download our TV app: Streaming: Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV (Gen 4 & later) & Android TV Gaming Console: Xbox One If you do not have one of the above devices allowing you to download the app on your TV, you can try cast/screen mirror using the following instead: Chromecast: connect a Chromecast to any TV and you can stream straight from another device AirPlay: connect an Apple TV (4th gen model A1625 and software version 17.3) to any TV and you can stream from another Apple device Cable: connect your laptop to your TV using an HDMI cable Please be aware that our new Base tier is currently not available for TV apps. TV browser: If your Smart TV has a web browser, you may be able to stream our content that way, but it is not recommended, and we are unable to provide support. Most TV's run outdated versions of web browsers that are not secure, and do not let customers install newer or alternate versions. We continually update our software, therefore cannot guarantee that any web browser working now will continue to work in the future. You can update your personal and payment details at any time from the My Profile section of your account, in just a few quick steps! Please note, you will need to login to the website first to be able to access your account page. We accept Visa, Mastercard & PayPal. Please note: We do our best to charge your card in your local currency. In some countries, though, we are not able to do so and will therefore offer the subscription to you in US Dollars or Euros instead. The currency will be noted in the registration process and subscription confirmation email. Changing Payment Details Click here to go to the sign in screen At the top right corner of the page, hover over your profile bubble then select ACCOUNT in the drop-down menu In the Payment Details section of your account page, click UPDATE PAYMENT DETAILS To change your payment method, select one of the other ways to pay: CARD or PAYPAL If you select PayPal, a pop-up will prompt you to sign in to your PayPal account and use the PayPal checkout Once you've gone through those steps it will bring you back to the Update Payment Details Screen, where you can select SAVE Please note: It is currently only possible to update your payment information through the website and not our apps. Furthermore, if your subscription has become canceled, you won't be able to update your payment details - you'll need to re-subscribe to LMOD and in doing so you'll be able to enter in your new card information. FAQ How do I change my subscription type? If you would like to change your subscription: please see our other article on this here. My payment failed, when will it retry? Your payment will automatically try again in a few days, and as long as you have updated your details there is nothing else you need to do. Your access will continue as usual, too, so you aren't missing any workouts! I am seeing a red error bar at the top of my account page. What does this mean? If you are seeing the below error, this is simply because your payment is still due to go through therefore your account is in retry status. If you have updated your details and ensured sufficient funds, this will disappear once payment retries and successfully goes through. If you are seeing this error instead, please try clicking refresh, or try again later. If the issue persists, please clear your cache & cookies, or use an incognito/private browsing window. You’ll see a confirmation screen saying "Your Subscription has been updated successfully", click or tap GET STARTED. FAQ How does it work? Do I lose my current subscription time? If you're upgrading from Base to Premium: Your new subscription content will change immediately and your new billing cycle will also begin immediately, at which point you will be billed as per your new chosen plan. You will receive a prorated credit for the remainder of the month that you had left of your Base subscription, which will be applied to the next payment. If you're downgrading from Premium to Base: Your new subscription content will not begin until the next billing cycle starts, at which point you will be billed as per your new chosen plan. You can now link your adiClub membership to your LES MILLS+ account, allowing you to earn adiClub points when completing certain LES MILLS+ workouts! To do this, you'll need the following: An active LES MILLS+ subscription The LES MILLS+ app downloaded to your phone or tablet - the icon is a black and white "L+" logo An active adiClub membership Download and install the Runtastic adidas app and sign in with your adiClub credentials - the icon is a black background with white adidas icon and "Running" logo If you are yet to have all of the above: You can subscribe to LES MILLS+ by following these steps here. To sign up for an adiClub membership, or learn more about membership perks and details, please visit here. Now that you have everything you need, let's get your accounts linked together! How to link your adiClub membership to your LES MILLS+ account: 1. Open the LES MILLS+ app and sign in to your account. 2. There are two ways to connect: Tap the PROFILE icon in the bottom menu to open your Profile page and you'll see a banner there to Connect to adiClub. Tap the CONNECT NOW link under the Connect to adiClub section. * Please note that if you're on an iOS device, you'll see an additional pop-up that allows the pp and website to sign in, tap CONTINUE. Tap on the settings gear icon under Profile and tap the toggle to Connect to adiClub. Tap the CONNECT NOW link under the Connect to adiClub popup. 3. The next screen may ask you to give permission to accept cookies, tap ACCEPT. 4. The mobile browser will open and you'll be presented with a sign in screen, with a few different options to sign in: Enter your adiClub email and password to sign in (this email may be different from your LM+ email). If you normally sign into adiClub using your Facebook, Google, or Apple account, then use the icons at the top. 5. Tap ALLOW to link your adiClub information with LES MILLS+. Please make sure to give the app time to sync and do not close it. 6. You should see a message at the bottom that adiClub is now connected. Please note: Once your accounts are linked together, you can work out from any device that you're signed into your LES MILLS+ account with, and your workout history will be synced across all devices.
